Recover your Facebook account if you can’t log in
If you suspect your account was hacked, visit www.facebook.com/hacked on a device you’ve used to log into Facebook before.
If you can access the email address or mobile phone number you use to log in
If you're still able to get emails and text messages from us, try to reset your password.
If you aren’t receiving codes from us to reset your password:
- Make sure the code hasn’t gone into your spam or junk folder.
- Check your connection. You’ll need a signal to receive the code.
- Wait a few minutes, then try requesting a new code.
If you no longer have access to your account email address or mobile phone number
