Log into your Facebook account
Log into your Facebook account from the Facebook app
  1. Open the Facebook app.
  2. Enter one of the following:
    • Email: You can log in with any email that's listed on your Facebook account.
    • Mobile number: If you have a mobile phone number confirmed on your account, you can enter it here (don't add any zeros before the country code, or any symbols).
    • Username: You can also log in with your username, if you set one up.
  3. Enter your password and tap Log in.
Log into Facebook using your Instagram login information
You can log into your Facebook account using your Instagram login info, as long as your Facebook and Instagram accounts are added to the same Accounts Center, and allowed to log into each other.
For example, from your Facebook login screen, you can enter the mobile phone number or email and your password associated with your Instagram account to log in to your Facebook account.
Note: If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your Facebook or Instagram account, you won’t be able to use your Instagram login information to log into Facebook on an unrecognized device.
Log into Facebook with one tap
You can also log into Facebook with one tap, as long as you’re logged into your Instagram account on the same device. If you use one-tap login and you already have your account saved on the phone or tablet you're logging in from, tap your name or profile picture to log in.
