If your ability to post, comment or participate in a group has been restricted, it may be because:

• A group admin has temporarily turned off your ability to post, comment or participate in the group. They might have temporarily suspended you, temporarily limited how frequently you can post or comment or slowed down comments on a post.
• Facebook has temporarily turned off your ability to post, comment or participate in a group. Facebook may also require group admins to approve your group posts. These restrictions may be due to such factors as violations of Facebook’s Community Standards. Learn more about strikes and restrictions on Facebook.

We understand that this can be frustrating. We recommend checking your Support Inbox for any additional information about your ability to post, comment or participate in groups. If Facebook removed your content but you don't think it went against our Community Standards, we usually offer the ability to request a review of decisions you disagree with. Note that if you have additional profiles and any of your profiles are suspended:

• You can still participate in the group with any of your profiles that are not suspended or banned and are already in the group.
• You can't see, join or participate in the group with any of your profiles that are not already in the group until the suspension ends.
